Boxing classes start 1/2/23 Camp Gladiator Classes start 1/2/23 Tuesdays sparring class is still at 7 pm. We have added an 8-9 pm competition sparring class for ages 12+ Thursdays Black Belt class is still at 7 pm. We have also added an 8-9 pm competition class immediately afterwards that will have power test, specialty technique, pre-arranged, and patterns with Mr. Poteet, Mr. Archer, Mr. Lewis, Mrs. Poteet & Miss Baker working with competitors We are now a WAKO club! We will work on various fighting styles in the 8 pm competition sparring class.

The instructors are wonderful ladies, they made my girls comfortable and ready to learn new things. The lesson was engaging and they interacted with every student one-on-one. The facilities are spacious, clean. My girls really enjoyed their time here.
